My name is Jennifer ♡ I’m a yoga teacher, meditation guide, sound bath facilitator, and mat pilates instructor-in-training based in central Florida (Orlando, Winter Park, Kissimmee). Throughout my life, these practices have served as a way to calm my mind, strengthen and stretch my body, and to connect with myself, and I am deeply passionate about sharing these practices with others.

My classes and offerings are for all people at every level — thoughtfully sequenced to create space in your body and ease in your mind. I hope to support your practice so that you feel calm and powerful, on and off the mat.

I’m available for private or small group movement sessions, sound baths, corporate yoga and meditation classes, and more. 

Private movement & meditation classes are great to get hands-on guidance and assistance to deepen your practice. Small group sessions (team building, birthdays, retreats, etc.) are a nice way to celebrate and relax with friends and family. Corporate movement, meditation, and sound bath sessions can help your team and colleagues feel refreshed and connected to each other.

I’m based in central Florida but open to travel or virtual sessions — let’s chat!
